PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

This document constitutes an official public offer by the sole proprietor Krevska N. (hereinafter — the Seller) to enter into a distance sales agreement with any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the Customer) under the terms below, in accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

Placing an order or making a payment on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Public Offer.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The Seller operates sales through the OST WON website using distance selling methods.

1.2. Product images are illustrative; slight differences in color or texture may occur.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time; the current version is always available on the website.

2. ORDER PLACEMENT & CONFIRMATION

2.1. Orders are placed by the Customer independently through the website.

2.2. An order is considered accepted after successful payment confirmation.

2.3. Customized orders are subject to individually agreed timelines.

3. PAYMENT

3.1. Payments are processed via LiqPay or direct card transfer.

3.2. All payments are credited to Krevska N.B. in accordance with Ukrainian law.

3.3. Payments for Ukrainian clients are in UAH; international clients — USD or EUR, depending on the Customer’s card currency.

4. DELIVERY

4.1. Delivery within Ukraine is by Nova Poshta; international shipping — via chosen courier. 4.2. Estimated dispatch times:

• standard orders — 3–5 business days;
• customized orders — 5–10 business days.

4.3. Actual delivery time depends on the carrier.

4.4. Delivery cost is per carrier tariffs.

4.5. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes payable by the Customer.

4.6. A valid ID is required to receive the parcel.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

5.1. Returns and refunds comply with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.”

5.2. The Customer may return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from receipt.

5.3. Returned goods must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.

5.4. Refunds are issued within 3 business days after inspection.

5.5. Exception: items made to individual customer specifications are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

5.6. International returns are at the Customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

6. LIABILITY

6.1. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

6.2. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of provided contact and payment information.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. Disputes are resolved by negotiation or under Ukrainian law.

7.2. This Public Offer becomes effective upon publication on the OST WON website.
