Delivery, payment and return

INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY

Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta". Sending orders on the day of registration. On average, delivery takes 1-3 days. After sending the order, you will receive an SMS with the number of the express waybill (EN). Delivery rates are set by the carrier company Nova Poshta. When receiving an order, you must have your passport or driver's license with you.

Note! The shelf life of the parcel at the post office is 5 working days. After this period, the parcel is sent back without prior notice to the recipient.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE RULES

To avoid misunderstandings, please carefully read the rules for the exchange and return of goods.

If for some reason you did not fit the order, you can return the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that:

  • - the product was not in use / used;
  • - preserved presentation, consumer properties, labels, packaging.

To return an item:

  • Let us know if you want to issue a return;
  • Send the goods to the address indicated in the bill of lading or check with the manager for all the data;
  • Provide card details for a refund;
  • The refund period is up to 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

To exchange an item:

  • Send the goods to the address indicated in the bill of lading or check with the manager for all the data;
  • Let us know the model and size for which you want to exchange;
  • The completion of the order for the exchange is carried out after receiving the return from you.

If you received a wrong model (size, color) that you ordered, we pay the cost of shipping the return. If the size on the product is indicated by the manufacturer as you ordered, but the product did not fit, the buyer pays for the return shipping.
