Warranty

We pay special attention to the quality of our products. Every item undergoes quality control and is covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

If a manufacturing or material defect is confirmed after inspection, we will repair the product, replace individual components, or replace the item at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear resulting from regular use;
  • damage caused by improper use or negligence;
  • mechanical damage;
  • modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized persons;
  • use of the product for purposes other than intended.

Warranty Service Terms

To request warranty service, please contact our manager and provide:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the defect;
  • clear photos of the product.

Items sent for inspection or repair must be clean, with tags attached, and in complete condition.

After confirmation, the item should be shipped to our warehouse via Nova Poshta. Please provide the tracking number (TTN) after shipment.

In warranty cases, shipping costs are shared equally between the customer and the manufacturer. If the inspection reveals a violation of warranty conditions, all shipping costs will be covered by the product owner.
